I-693 Medical Examinations No Longer Expire

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that beginning April 4, 2024, any Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record properly completed and signed by an approved civil surgeon on or after November 1, 2023 will never expire.

Previously, this form was only valid for two years after it was signed by a civil surgeon. Now, the USCIS has removed this expiration period. This update does not apply to any Form I-693 completed before November 1, 2023 or forms submitted by Operation Allies Welcome parole applicants. Form I-693 submitted by Operation Allies Welcome parole applicants are only valid for 3 years from the date signed.
