The TN-Visa allows qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to enter the US to engage in professional business activities. Accountants, engineers, attorneys, pharmacists, scientists, and teachers may apply for a TN-Visa if they are able to demonstrate that they are: (1) a citizen of Canada or Mexico, (2) a member of a qualified profession, (3) qualified to work in the professional field, and, (4) have at least a part-time job offer (excludes self-employment).
