Individuals may now submit requests for an in-person appointment at their local United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office through an online form instead of calling the USCIS Contact Center.
This online form is primarily for those seeking to schedule an in-person appointment to request:
- Alien Documentation Identification and Telecommunication (ADIT) stamp (also known as the I-551 stamp);
- Emergency Advance Parole;
- Immigration Judge Grant – To start card production or to obtain evidence of status for an applicant’s permanent residence and asylum as granted by an immigration judge; and,
- Other services offered at the local field office as specified here.
However, the individual will not be able to directly schedule appointments with USCIS, and the form submission will not guarantee an individual’s requested time for the appointment.
The USCIS Contact Center will review all submissions and will send a confirmation for an available in-person appointment date and time. The individual will be contacted by phone or email as needed depending on the appointment reason or urgency.
If you have any questions regarding the new online appointment request form, need assistance with scheduling an appointment with your local USCIS office, or any other immigration related matter, please do not hesitate to contact KILO Immigration by filling out this contact form.
