The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it will allow petitioners to file Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service for certain I-140 petitions that previously were not eligible for expedited processing. Petitioners will receive action on their petitions within 15 days on their I-140 petition for a fee.
Beginning August 1, 2022, the agency will allow premium processing for previously–filed Form I-140 petitions under the following classifications:
- E13 multinational executive and manager with a receipt date on or before July 1, 2021with a receipt date on or before July 1, 2021
- E21 classification as members of professions with advanced degrees or exceptional ability seeking a national interest waiver (NIW) with a receipt date on or before August 1, 2021
USCIS will reject premium processing service requests for Form I-140 petitions with a receipt date after the above dates. New, initial Form I-140 petitions are also not eligible for the Premium Processing Service at this time.
